I'm just wondering if its possible to get Rurik's flame sword and if yes, how?

I did a mission with someone who had the same graphic as the sword, but I don't think anyone can tell you, unless it is a developer, it is the sword. But, as far as the graphic goes, yes its possible to get it, although I don't know how.

Yes, i have the sword, it just looks cool, nothing special unless u get a REALLY good one, Fiery Dragon SWord
